01 / The Challenge

Global Program, Fragmented Process

The existing system relied on disconnected, manual processes — with applications submitted through emails and documents, and evaluation handled across separate workflows. This created inefficiencies and limited scalability.

For a global prize attracting participants from multiple regions, a more structured, secure, and accessible system was essential. At the same time, the platform needed to communicate the purpose, credibility, and impact of the prize to a global audience.

02 / Objectives

From Manual Workflow to Unified Platform

The objective was to develop a secure, multilingual platform that unifies public communication with a complete application and evaluation system. The platform needed to support global accessibility, streamline submission and review processes, and ensure a structured, transparent workflow for all participants — from applicants to jury members.

03 / The Approach

Engineering a System for Global Participation

We developed a fully integrated platform that combines public-facing storytelling with a robust backend system. The website presents the prize’s purpose and impact in multiple languages — including English, Arabic, French, and Chinese — ensuring accessibility to a global audience.

The evaluation process was engineered as a controlled, role-based system. A dedicated review panel interface enables evaluators and judges to assess submissions through a structured scoring workflow, supported by anonymous evaluation to ensure fairness and integrity.
